Ensure office is well organized and timely cleaned, needs to be able to coordinate and review the work done by 3rd party company Ensure that office pantry is replenished and order/purchase items for restocking as necessary Timely collections/shipping of mails/couriers as needed Coordinate and hire any contractor/handyman for any of the repair works as they arise, fixing of lights, bathroom or any other petty issues as they occur Procuring and coordinating for any items required to be purchased for office, warehouse etc
