We are seeking a personable, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to be the first point of contact at our office. This front-of-house role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be handling a wide range of administrative tasks, from managing calls to coordinating lunch orders and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office atmosphere Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Manage front desk responsibilities, including mail and deliveries Order office lunches and coffee throughout the day Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and general team support Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed Provide administrative support, errands and personal assistance Help coordinate meetings and events Open the office every morning ensuring the office remains tidy, organized, and fully stocked Open to tasks as needed and resourcefulness
Qualifications:
