We are seeking a friendly, flexible, and reliable Office Administrator to ensure our busy law office operates smoothly. If you’re the type of person who’s ready to wear multiple hats and always shows up with a great attitude, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Answer and route phone calls, greet guests Support a senior attorney with coffee, lunch orders, and daily tasks Open the office and prep for the day Order office and kitchen supplies, restock as needed Handle errands (office-related and occasional personal tasks) Check and sort incoming mail Keep shared spaces tidy and organized Provide general administrative and receptionist support
What We’re Looking For:
