Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication purposes. Assist in managing office supplies and inventory to ensure efficient operations. Support medical receptionist duties as needed, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency. Requirements Proficiency in computer literacy, including experience with Google Suite applications.
