Office Manager JobSquad Staffing Solutions Medley, FL 33178 The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Office Manager to work at a company located in the Miami, FL area! Job Title Office Manager Position Location Miami, FL Pay/hours for position 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM $75,000 – $95,000 annually Requirements of position 1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2. 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting, office or operations management. The main experience should be in accounting. 3. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows. 4. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. 5. Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, QuickBooks, inventory management systems). 6. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment is preferred. 7. Certification in Office Management, PMP, or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus. 8. Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management software. 9. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude. Responsibilities of position 1. Supervise and support a team of 5 staff members across multiple functions: Accounting, Inventory, Warehouse, and Services. 2. Foster a positive, productive work environment and provide mentorship and training. 3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and encourage professional development. 4. Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. 5. Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring. 6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Knowledge and expertise in SOX Audits. 7. Oversee inventory control systems and ensure accurate stock levels. 8. Implement inventory audits and cycle counts. 9. Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast and manage supply needs. 10. Warehouse Operations 11. Ensure smooth and safe warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution. 12. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse environment. 13. Coordinate with logistics providers and ensure timely order fulfillment. 14. Develop and implement office policies and procedures. 15. Manage vendor contracts, office supplies, and administrative tasks. 16. Prepare and present operational reports and dashboards to senior management.
