Essential Functions:

Serves as the operational liaison between the local Partner-In-Charge, other partners, and the Firm’s corporate payroll and internal accounting functions. Responsible for oversight and execution of HR activity, firm policy and programs, equipment and facilities management Responsible for organizing and coordinating all internal business affairs of their local office

Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience, preferably in professional services Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools and report writing. Must have a basic understanding of accounting and importance of internal communications. A bachelor’s degree in a business related field is preferred although experience and certifications in accounting, human resource management or financial management can be substituted. Applicants m ust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
