Assist with front desk duties as needed, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Maintain an organized office environment to enhance productivity. Handle travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Skills Proficient in Outlook Calendar management to ensure effective scheduling. Strong transcribing skills with the ability to capture detailed notes accurately.
