Office Manager – Bookkeeping 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Miami Beach, FL 33139 Seeking for Office Manager –
Bookkeeping Operations:
Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of janitorial services.
Administration:
Process payroll, new hire processing Maintain schedules, checklists, inventory purchasing, Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
Customer Service:
Assist customer base and employee base Identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement customer service training programs. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Human Resources:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives .
Technology:
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and all business functions. Implement and maintain software tools and systems to support business processes. Provide training and support to staff on the use of technology and tools.
Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. Assist in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns. Miscellaneous Assist Scott in assigned tasks Assist the Operation Managers, enhance their jobs by creating, implementing and organizing their work. Ad-hoc tasks, duties and/or responsibilities may be added or subtracted.
