Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager / Operations Director to lead and enhance the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced commercial janitorial company. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, process optimization, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Analyze and evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement strategic operational improvements. Coordinate with operations staff to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Administration Oversee payroll processing and onboarding of new hires. Manage schedules, checklists, inventory control, and purchasing. Streamline administrative systems to reduce costs and improve accuracy. Maintain and update standard operating procedures and documentation. Customer Service Serve as a key point of contact for both customers and staff. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Develop and implement customer service training programs. Monitor feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction. Human Resources Support the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives. Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies. Technology Research and recommend technology solutions that improve business functions. Oversee implementation and training of software tools. Provide ongoing support for internal technology use. Marketing Collaborate with the marketing team on brand visibility and client engagement. Analyze industry trends and customer feedback to guide marketing strategies. Support the creation of marketing materials and campaigns. General & Executive Support Assist the company owner (Scott) and operations managers with delegated tasks. Enhance managerial efficiency by organizing systems and support structures. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
