Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise assigned team setting performance metrics. Track daily metrics/goals. Understand why goals are or are not being met. Make sure quality of work matches quantity. Supervises process, adherence to company policies and procedures, and ensures smooth operations Work with the operations team, and look into quality control issues for continued education for established team members, and new training for new team members. Regularly report to the Director of Operations on departmental performance, highlighting any potential inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas of improvement. Conduct regular Performance Evaluations for team members to provide feedback on work quality, work efficiency, and areas of improvement and recognize outstanding performance. Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and implement strategies and initiatives aimed at optimizing departmental efficiency and effectiveness. Partner with HR for disciplinary actions for employees not meeting expectations. Open communication with team members, understand concerns and provide solutions for team members possible concerns. Promote a positive, safe and secure work environment Foster a culture of accountability within the team, ensuring that individual and team performance goals are aligned with the company’s objectives. Coordinate training with Team Leads as necessary. Support leadership development for Team Leads Approve and manage employee’s timesheets as necessary. Approve employees PTO and coordinate coverage. Identify and report hiring priority to the HR Department and interview candidates based on the company’s needs. Conduct regular shadowing sessions to observe and document team members’ workflow and processes to identify potential inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement. Requirements and skills : Bachelor’s degree Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in Supervising others Time Management Skills Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and utilize them to drive performance improvements. Strong leadership skills, and experience with managing teams effectively. Superior organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines. Ability to work independently and to work as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Optimistic in a high-stress environment. Proficient in Google Workspace ,Adobe Creative Suite (specifically – InDesign, Photoshop) Ensure confidentiality of all the firm and client’s documentation and information Bilingual (English / Spanish)
