Seeking an organized professional with expertise in QuickBooks, office administration, and business operations to join a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Bookkeeping:
Reconcile accounts, manage AR/AP, payroll, contract collaboration, and facilitate/track construction related products such as equipment rental and construction material. 2.
Insurance:
coordinate renewals, manage vehicle records, and facilitate audits. 3.
Human Resources:
Collaboration with team for recruitment, training & compliance, process payroll & track employee time off. 4.
Licenses & Permits:
Facilitate compliance with licenses, certificates, renewals, and permits.
Qualifications:
- Advanced QuickBooks skills.
- English proficient
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational abilities.
