Bilingual Office Manager Magic Design Orlando, FL Job Details Full-time $22 – $26 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Bilingual Spanish English Mid-level Construction industry experience QuickBooks Office management Full Job Description Responsibilities Bilingual English and Spanish speaking office manager. Construction industry experience, Preferred. Emails, Emails; Emails responsibility of Magic Design’s main company email. Read, communicate, and respond to emails received. Distribute and answer emails from information gathered from others within the company. Answer phone calls to Magic Design’s main company number. Maintain and Update the company’s main production board located in your future office! Follow up with production and customers to communicate statuses and keep material flowing. Follow up with Production, Installers, and Project Managers on order completion to communicate status with customers. Quickbooks, invoicing, and billing: Main point of contact and responsible for invoicing, processing, and receiving customer’s payments upon material pick up, delivery, and/or installation completion. Pass processed payments to Bookkeeper, by copying checks and printing online credit card processing transactions. Maintain pressure on late paying customers!
Accounts Receivable:
Invoice and process payment of customers orders. Follow up and invoice customers with open balances.
Human Resources & Payroll:
Process and input hours of employees as given by Bookkeeper to the ADP Payroll system.
