Bookkeeper/Office Manager Special Hearts Farm 1100 East Maple Street, Winter Garden, FL 34787 The Special Hearts Farm is an Adult Day Training Program serving individuals with disabilities. We are hiring a “special heart” for individuals with disabilities and an expert bookkeeper with exceptional managerial skills. We are a growing 501c3 non-profit and offer opportunities for advancement with a competitive salary and bonuses. An Office Manager/Bookkeeper is a highly organized and personable individual responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. They are adaptable and capable of managing both routine tasks and unexpected challenges. In this role, they provide consistent support for operations by establishing procedures and effectively communicating them to Adult Day Training staff, clients, and parents. The Office Manager/Bookkeeper oversees accounts, records daily financial transactions, and ensures compliance with relevant standards.
Required skills and qualifications:
Three or more years of experience in office management and bookkeeping. Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking. Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and QuickBooks online. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment. A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements. Must have a High School and College Diploma. Relevant qualifications or experience as an Administrative Assistant or Bookkeeper are also required.
