Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional seeking an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Business Office Manager (BOM) at our respected nursing home ! In this role, you will oversee the financial and administrative operations of our facility, ensuring smooth and efficient business functions. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts receivable/payable, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting , as well as supervising administrative staff .
Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial operations , including billing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll. Oversee budgeting and financial reporting to maintain operational efficiency. Supervise administrative staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Work closely with leadership to develop and implement financial strategies . Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred) . Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare financial management or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills . Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software . Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
