Position Overview:

As the Front Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the front desk team, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient check-in/check-out procedures, and smooth coordination across departments. This leadership role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, train, and schedule front desk staff. Monitor daily front desk operations and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs. Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations as needed. Maintain accurate records, reports, and shift logs.

Qualifications:
