Office Administrator $17-$20 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Orlando, FL 32809 Administrative Assistant Administrative Assistants perform clerical duties, manage workflow, schedule appointments, and serve as the main point of contact for an office. In general, an Administrative Assistant deals with all tasks needed by the professional they report directly to.
Reception/Administrative Assistant :
Answer and direct incoming calls. Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms. Assist with creating quotes and purchase orders entry. Assist with accounts payable and receivable. Develop, organize, and maintain a filing system (invoices, receipts, etc.). Order office supplies and research vendor suppliers for competitive prices. Manages travel calendar and arrangements. _
Requirements:
_ Proficient in MS Office Proficient in QuickBooks Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Excellent written and verbal skills Bilingual – not required but preferred. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check _ Hours work 36- 40. _ Hours vary from 8:00-4:30 or 8:30 to 5pm (30 minute lunch)
