Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee the maintenance and operation of tow trucks, flatbeds, and forklifts. Conduct automotive diagnostics and provide guidance on repairs as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Handle conflict management effectively to maintain a positive work environment. Coordinate loading and unloading processes to optimize workflow. Maintain accurate records of operations, including vehicle maintenance logs. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive or related industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics. Ability to operate tow trucks, flatbeds, and forklifts; commercial driving experience is a plus. Proficiency in handling manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to resolve issues amicably.
