Office Manager FaTaj Transition & Learning Academy 3099 Orange Center Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32805 Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have experience in a medical receptionist or clerical role. This position is essential for maintaining an efficient office environment and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Duties Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient processes. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Handle correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars for staff members. Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and report generation. Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Support team members with clerical duties as required, fostering a collaborative work environment. Qualifications Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
