Accountant Location:

Central Florida | Full-Time Position Bi-Lingual is a must English & Spanish Team Hogan is seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager / Accountant to support our growing landscape operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, system-driven environment and is eager to help build a fully organized, accountable company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative team Perform all accounting functions using QuickBooks Online (required) Manage accounts payable/receivable, job costing, and financial tracking Liaison with company CPA for reporting, filings, and financial planning Support payroll processes and tax documentation Maintain office supply and equipment inventory tracking Organize digital and physical records for audits and compliance Assist with vendor coordination, subcontractor paperwork, and insurance docs Implement, follow, and help create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Utilize CRM ( LMN experience is a plus ) for job and client management

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage Professional communication and follow-through Florida Driver’s License Experience creating/following SOPs and checklists Inventory or asset tracking experience

Preferred Qualifications:

LMN or other CRM/job-costing experience Service industry or landscape/construction knowledge Bilingual (English/Spanish) Ability to manage a small staff and delegate with accountability
