Position Overview:

We’re searching for a high-energy, results-driven Virtual Sales Manager to drive performance, close deals, and build their own high-performing sales team. This is not a sit-back-and-manage type of role—this is for someone who wants to be in the action , closing deals, motivating others, and scaling revenue. What You’ll Be Doing:

Selling home services virtually to homeowners across the country using our proven sales system. Leading by example—closing deals and hitting personal sales goals. Hiring, training, and developing a team of outbound sales representatives. Coaching your team to master the pitch, overcome objections, and consistently produce. Tracking performance, setting daily goals, and creating accountability. Identifying areas for improvement and growth—in people, process, and performance.

Proven experience in sales (virtual or in-person). Natural leadership ability—you inspire others and love building strong teams. High energy, relentless drive, and an obsession with winning.
