The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to staff, and managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage office operations, including overseeing administrative staff and coordinating office activities. Organize and plan company events, meetings, and conferences. Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible. Implement office management procedures to enhance efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact for phone systems and communication within the office. Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment. Experience Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
