The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires proficiency in various administrative functions and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette. Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and inquiries. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly stored and accessible. Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, correspondence, and report generation. Support the team with calendar management, coordinating meetings, and organizing events. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Provide support as a dental or medical receptionist when necessary, ensuring patient records are accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role. Familiarity with dental or medical office practices is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in using computer systems for administrative tasks; experience with Google Suite is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
