ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Answer and route calls to the appropriate departments or individuals Respond to client inquiries and resolve complaints professionally Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate location or individual Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed Manage office equipment (printers, computers, etc.) and troubleshoot issues Assist in organizing company events or meetings Coordinate with vendors and service providers Order and maintain office supplies and equipment Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all office-related data Manage and organize office files, records, and documents Work independently on special projects as assigned by the Director of Administration and leadership team Perform any other duties as required to support office and organizational goals

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00
PM SALARY :
Starts at $15.00/hr
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years administrative experience Knowledge of data and administrative management practices and procedures Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
