We are a busy and growing chiropractic practice dedicated to improving the health and wellness of our patients through personalized care. We are looking for an organized, friendly, and proactive Office Manager to lead our front office operations and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our door.
Position Summary:
The Chiropractic Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative functions, managing staff schedules, handling patient interactions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This role is vital to the success and efficiency of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front desk and administrative staff Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance processing Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Oversee office inventory and order supplies as needed Handle payroll and coordinate with accounting as necessary Support marketing efforts and community outreach programs Act as a liaison between patients, staff, and chiropractors Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications:
Previous experience in medical or chiropractic office management (preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., ChiroTouch) Understanding of medical billing and insurance verification High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare administration training a plus
