Bilingual Office Manager (part of Adecco) 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Boca Raton, FL 33486 We are seeking a Bilingual Office Manager (English/Spanish) with a strong background in HR support, basic accounting, and administrative coordination . This role plays a vital part in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting leadership and staff across departments.
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in onboarding, staffing , and basic HR functions Familiarity with labor law compliance (general knowledge) Must be able to provide a writing sample
Key Responsibilities:
