Your primary duties will be maintaining the books and will be a Full Charge Bookkeeper handling all AP/AR, Vendors, Expenses, Balancing Books etc. and will report directly to the owner. However, we have a small office staff and are growing very quickly. Ideal candidate will also work in an Office Manger capacity and wear many hats as working with the Operations and Communications Managers. As well as managing and coordinating building department permits for our 3 offices Ideal candidate will also be an energetic people person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent phone presence and will be comfortable working with customers who come in to office. Aside for working directly with customers, you will be working subcontractors and project Forman’s etc. Not required but highly desirable would be any candidates with Building Permit experience. In addition to that any experience with Impact Windows and Doors is also highly desirable. K Line Impact Windows & Doors is an Impact Window and Door Ressler and Installer.
