Randstad is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to provide comprehensive support to a well established client in the insurance industry. This critical role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of executive-level activities.

salary:

$70,000 – $90,000 per year

work hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Bachelors Responsibilities Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of a thriving insurance company.
Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening and prioritizing correspondence.
Prepare and organize materials for executive presentations and meetings.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.

Required Skills:

2-15 license and Variable Annuities License is required. Ability to comfortably commute to Boca Raton as needed.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in common business applications (Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
