We are looking for a dynamic Multi-store Business Manager to lead our dealership accounting functions over three large dealerships and drive financial efficiency. As an Business Manager, you will oversee dealership accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate service. You will hire and develop Office and Accounting employees, implement financial controls, and create action plans for acquisitions and divestitures. Your role is crucial in maintaining high standards and fostering growth within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Hire, lead and develop Office Employees Ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing. Implement and review financial controls. Develop action plans for acquisitions and divestitures. Enhance team productivity and efficiency. Support key financial initiatives and projects. Maintain professional relationships with key operational leaders.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of Dealership Business/Office Manager experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
