Duties Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes. Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Handle vendor management tasks to maintain productive relationships with suppliers and service providers. Coordinate calendar management for executives and team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to information. Plan and execute company events, meetings, and training sessions to foster team collaboration and development. Administer payroll processes accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Provide training development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of human resources practices, vendor management, and team management techniques.
