Responsibilities:
Efficient Calendar Management:

Skillfully manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across various staff members, ensuring optimal time utilization.

Comprehensive Administrative Support:

Personal Assistant Support:

Provide personal assistant duties as needed to streamline office operations and support the efficiency of our team members.

Process Optimization:

Office Operations & Maintenance:

Take ownership of all day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained workspace.

Contractor Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all local contractors, coordinating services, managing communication, and ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of work.

Tech Savviness & Adaptability:

Embrace and quickly learn new software tools and technologies to enhance office productivity and communication.

Skills:
Exceptional Computer Literacy:
