Office Manager Acevedo Consulting 2605 W Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33445 Company Overview Acevedo Consulting Incorporated, a leading healthcare compliance consulting firm, is seeking an Office Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative activities of our corporate office in Delray Beach, Florida. They will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring that office operations run efficiently. Summary We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team at Acevedo Consulting that is organized and detailed oriented.. This role is pivotal in ensuring the operation of our healthcare consulting office, providing a positive culture, facilitating communication among team members, and supporting leadership. The Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining an efficient workspace. Responsibilities Overseeing daily office functions, including communication, record-keeping, and coordination between staff, management and clients. • Maintain the CEO and COO’s schedules and daily projects. Manage administrative personnel Manage the client invoicing process through QuickBooks to include invoicing, statements, payment processing, A/R follow-up and working with VP on financial statements. Provide assistance to employees, occasionally answering phones, and responding to inquiries. Utilizing Microsoft 365 Suite on a daily basis and supporting staff with Excel questions. Assisting VP of Operations with onboarding of new hires. Assist with marketing efforts by way of print, electronic and social media platforms. Assist with educational events held in both the live and virtual setting. Oversee the maintenance of information of clients, potential clients and referral sources within our online database. Anticipate and coordinate future client needs by maintaining and following up on a list of potential and/or upcoming projects within our online database. Requirements Fi ve years in Office Management with at least 3 years in healthcare Previous experience managing direct reports Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Strong project management skills Must be consistently committed to customer satisfaction Be available for occasional evening or weekend engagements/events
