Randstad is recruiting for a dependable Office Manager with a can-do attitude for a client located in Riviera Beach. This position requires prior experience as a Office Manager or Assistant with QuickBooks Online experience. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a full benefits package including a 35 hour work week and a generous yearly bonus.

High School Responsibilities Communication & Customer Service:
Handle all inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
Maintain daily communication with employees, the production manager, and the warehouse.
Respond to routine internal and external correspondence.
Provide excellent customer service and telephone skills.
Office Operations & Administration:
Maintain efficient office operations and organization.
Oversee record-keeping procedures and ensure accuracy.
Maintain the daily activity calendar, including inbound receiving and shipping.
Perform daily data entry for orders, ingredient stock, filing, logs, and warehouse receipts.
Prepare correspondence and reports as required.
Assist employees with general questions and requests.
Coordinate payroll with keen attention to detail.
Track incoming and outgoing shipments and notify relevant parties.
Financial Management:
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Qualifications:
Must have QuickBooks Online experience Skills
