Summary We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team at MMJ Health FL. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing administrative support, and enhancing the overall patient experience. The Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining our welcoming environment while managing daily office tasks. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for patients and employees. Onboard newly hired MMJ Health employees. Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient interactions with staff. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient services and office operations. Assist with financial management tasks. Provide administrative support to staff members as needed, including clerical duties. Enhance customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Implement organizational systems to improve office efficiency. Ensure all office locations are fully staffed and equipped, making regular inspections of all locations. Maintain office supply inventory. Be a team leader that organizes company events and outings. Requirements Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role. Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
