Electrical Contractor Office:
Minimum starting salary $ 52,000/yr, 10 paid company holidays, 2 weeks vacation, and paid health care. We are seeking a talented and focused individual experienced in the electrical contracting trade. This is a senior position with great benefits and upside. Candidate must have experience in ordering electrical parts, coordinating field operations, and running an office accounting system. Experience with electrical estimating and or Auto Cad is a plus. Minimum Experience 3 years working in an electrical contracting environment or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; Proficiency with QuickBooks or equivalent is a must; Proficiency with Word and Excel in a professional environment Prior experience supervising others. Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Candidate should possess knowledge of the following: Electrical trade and the parts used in the trade Ordering and tracking of parts for each job. Time Tracking per job Bidding process, including takeoffs and proposal creation. Maintaining safety records and updating the company safety program Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work Must be able to work with no supervision and supervise others.
