With teams operating in multiple states, we are looking for a strong, organized, and proactive Office Manager to help support our operations and team on the ground.
Position Overview:
As the Office Manager, you will be the hub of communication and coordination for our handyman teams, clients, and vendors. You’ll manage schedules, handle administrative duties, and ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, calendars, and technician schedules Answer and direct calls, respond to customer inquiries Maintain client files, contracts, and job documentation Track job progress and provide updates to clients Coordinate material orders and deliveries Support leadership in payroll and invoice tracking Ensure licensing and insurance documents are up to date Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or administration (construction or trades a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable with scheduling software and digital tools Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure Spanish/English bilingual is a plus , but not required
