The kind of person who keeps the trains running on time, solves problems before they become problems, and somehow knows what the team needs before the team even says it. You’ll own the day-to-day operations of our HQ, managing the space, vendors, supplies, and everything in between. But this isn’t just about keeping the office stocked — it’s about keeping the team firing on all cylinders. You’ll wear a lot of hats, juggle moving parts, and help wherever help is needed. You’ll be the first face people see when they walk in — and the steady hand behind the scenes making it all work. You’ll also be the voice behind the inbox. This role includes handling customer service via email and chat through Gorgias — responding to inquiries, solving problems, and making sure every customer walks away feeling heard and taken care of. Experience with Gorgias or Shopify is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person. What you’ll do: Manage and maintain our physical office space — supplies, maintenance, vendors, deliveries Coordinate schedules, onsite meetings, events, and team activities Support leadership and cross-functional teams with ad hoc tasks and logistical needs Own shipping and receiving of samples, materials, and gear Handle day-to-day customer service through Gorgias (email + chat) Triage issues, process refunds, track orders, and respond to customer questions Partner with People Ops and Finance on company events, perks, and admin support Make sure the office feels like home: clean, functional, and energizing Be the person everyone turns to when they don’t know where else to go You’re a fit if you: Have 2-5 years of experience in office management, operations, or customer support Are ridiculously organized and proactive—you see gaps and fill them Communicate clearly, patiently, and with empathy (especially in writing) Are comfortable juggling priorities and flexing across departments Take ownership, follow through, and get things done fast and right Care about creating a space and customer experience that people genuinely enjoy Bonus points if you : Have experience with Gorgias, Shopify, or similar customer service platforms Have supported startup or high-growth teams Have a sixth sense for logistics and how to keep things moving Please leave a cover letter with your resume.
