We offer commercial freezer storage solutions in addition to distributing premium frozen goods. As we grow, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our headquarters. Responsibilities Open and prepare the office each morning. Answer and manage incoming phone calls; relay messages to COO Monitor and respond to emails from clients and partners Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date. Manage phone systems, handling incoming calls professionally and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Follow up on missing documents or verifications from clients Support COO with administrative duties and daily coordination Serve as the go-to contact for office-related questions or issues Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in an office administration or support role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with QuickBooks (strongly preferred) Professional, reliable, and proactive
