Summary:
Seeking a bilingual Spanish Office Manager experienced in HR, accounting, and administrative duties for managing office operations. Responsibilities:
Process new hire paperwork and set up preemployment screenings Maintain employee PTO records and assist with payroll Reconcile benefits and coordinate employee appreciation events Handle admin expenses, reconcile corporate credit cards, issue petty cash Serve as executive admin to CFO, maintain schedules, supervise vendor activities Order office supplies and prepare internal forms for CFO functions
