Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of our office. In this key role, you’ll provide support to the CFO, manage office operations, and assist with human resources and payroll functions. This position requires a high level of discretion, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, inventory, and supply orders Coordinate new hire onboarding and maintain employee records Track employee time off, benefits enrollment, and assist with HR documentation Support payroll processing, including timecard management Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare internal communications Organize company events and assist with employee engagement activities Answer and route incoming calls and general inquiries
