Qualifications:

Bilingual Required

  • English & Spanish Construction experience is a plus Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience Bilingual
  • English & Spanish is a must Working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a Must be able to pass background check and drug test
Job Duties/Functions:

Process payables and ensure timely payments to vendors Process release of liens Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly Communicate with vendors and internal teams as needed Assist with year-end closing and audits Prepare and process payroll Process terminations and new hire Comprehend, obtain, and provide Certificates of Insurance to customers and file them appropriately Fill out and return new vendor documentation, including W-9s, vendor setup forms Other misc. projects as assigned by management
