Job Description
A private, high-profile investment firm is seeking a polished and dependable Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join their team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, creating a welcoming and efficient workplace, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal leadership. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role includes Personal Assistant duties and liaison with C-suite executives.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and discretion Coordinate with C-suite executives, maintaining a high level of confidentiality Manage office inventory, equipment, and vendor coordination Schedule meetings and manage office calendars Provide administrative support across various departments Support the CFO with personal assistant tasks as needed
Qualifications:
