This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while providing exceptional service to our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, experience in human resources, and a solid understanding of office management practices. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Supervise and train front office staff, promoting teamwork and high performance. Oversee administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record maintenance. Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and vendor management. Coordinate human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records. Maintain an organized office environment by implementing effective filing systems and procedures. Handle vendor relationships, ensuring timely service delivery and quality control. Develop and implement office policies to improve efficiency and productivity. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software applications. Experience in human resources management is preferred but not required. Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team development. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
