This is a busy Forensic Psychological Practice with five(5) licensed psychologists on staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of office management practices. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing support to staff and management. The Office Manager will be responsible for budgeting, team management, and enhancing office productivity through effective scheduling and training development. The applicant must have knowledge of the legal system and be familiar with the courts. Duties Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes. Oversee budgeting activities, including expense tracking and financial reporting. Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work environment. Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development. Maintain scheduling for meetings, appointments, and other office activities to optimize time management. Ensure proper functioning of phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette across the team. Organize and manage filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed to maintain office supplies and equipment. Qualifications Proven experience in medical office management, legal, or similar administrative roles is preferred. Strong skills in budgeting, schedule management, and team management are essential. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff. Experience in supervising teams, fostering a positive work culture, and enhancing productivity. Proficient in using office software applications for document creation, data entry, and file management (i.e. Google Business, Quickbooks). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
