The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing order processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the handling of customer orders. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. The Order Processor will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Duties Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt to fulfillment. Maintain up-to-date records of all orders and ensure proper documentation is completed. Collaborate with vendors to manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Assist in schedule management to ensure timely delivery of products. Support office management tasks including calendar management and clerical duties. Participate in training development for new team members, ensuring they understand order processing protocols. Engage in event planning activities as required, coordinating logistics for company events or promotions. Provide support for payroll processing as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in an office or administrative role, preferably in order processing or related fields. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on teamwork. Familiarity with vendor management practices is a plus. Experience in human resources functions is desirable but not mandatory. Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is essential. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
