Marathon Coach Florida is looking for a full-time, qualified Office Administrator for our San Antonio location. Enjoy working for the world’s largest and finest luxury bus converter and dealer as you perform all facets of office administrative duties. The diverse tasks keep things interesting as you work closely with sales, service and satellite facilities on everything from routing calls to the proper personnel to processing AP and AR transactions to coordinating catered luncheons for coach sales. We are looking for that special someone with a deep appreciation for the many facets keeping a five-star office running smoothly including the following: Processing AP and AR transactions in Accounting Software Settling credit card transactions and creating bank deposits Creating work orders, typing conclusions, and closing work orders Collecting customer payments Maintaining dealer plate control Ordering and maintaining office supplies Securing and coordinating catered luncheons for coach sales Answering phones and routing to proper personnel Making customers satisfaction calls, sending post cards and assisting with marketing campaigns for sales and service And other duties as assigned
