Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients via phone or email to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Calculating and verifying timecards. Responding to employee questions concerning payroll, assignments, and document requests. Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential hires via email, phone, video, and in person. Recruitment, onboarding, and training. Managing workflow within our applicant tracking system, including updating candidate statuses and notes, and maintaining system organization. Assisting management in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
Proven office administration and clerical experience. 3 plus years Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in office management and schedule management. Bilingual a plus IND_dadecity
