The ideal candidate Must have Quickbooks background and able to set up company ERP system in Quickbooks. Must be able to roll with the punches and remain flexible and handle a variety of situations. You need to provide support to the company operations, maintain and create procedures, commutation, and safety. You will help to optimize company wide operational efficiency and help create a pleasant work environment. They need to be energetic professional and be adept at multi-tasking.
Duties:
Oversee all office operations Perform receptionist duties
- as needed HR
- coordinate and communicate with payroll vendor Maintain Quickbooks and Microsoft software infrastructure Accounting
- using Quickbooks Premium Plus Manufacturing and Wholesale edition Maintain office and factory supplies inventory and place orders as required. Provide the necessary administrative support to the factory and owners. Job responsibility include but not limited to: 1
- Organizing and maintaining Company Files both physical and digital including:
- Customer Files
- Employee Files
- Purchasing Files
- Accounts Payable
- Inventory
- etc. 2
- Data Entry 3
- Maintain Office Supplies 4
- Answer Phone calls and greet customers Skills required: Computer skills: including Micosoft Office 2021 and Quickbooks Premium Plus for Manufacturing and Wholesale 2024 Communicate effectively with owners, employees, customers, suppliers Tech Savvy
