We are thrilled to be hiring a Customer Service Manager. Calling All Dogs & Cats of North Pinellas is a locally owned full-service dog walking & pet sitting company servicing all of Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Oldsmar, and Tarpon Springs. If you are the right fit, this will turn into a full time opportunity.
PRIMARY ROLE
- Handling customer service questions
- Assisting with Dog Walking & Pet Sitting as needed
- Scheduling visits and new client Meet and Greets
- Overall brand awareness and educate the public on the services we provide
- This is a Part Time position 2-3 days per week to start with an opportunity to go full time if its a good fit
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of two-years customer service experience
- Flexible schedule, but mostly daytime availability with some evenings as needed.
- Must Reside in Dunedin/Palm Harbor/Tarpon area
- Have a reliable car with a valid drivers’ license as you will be putting mileage on your vehicle
- Trustworthy, detail oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
- Experience working with and/or owning dogs or cats
- Handle a wide variety of tasks without supervision
- Follow through on every request and ask for help when needed
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

- Organized, detail oriented and able complete several projects simultaneously in a timely manner
