JOB DUTIES
- Answers company phone lines as necessary
- Produces company’s daily and weekly reports for all departments
- Prepares permit applications for all construction projects as needed
- Maintains construction admin paperwork for company
- Maintains contract documentation for company’s projects
- Invoicing and collecting payments
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Must have an assertive and confident management presence
- Efficient computer skills and knowledge
- Excellent customer service telephone etiquette
- Extremely fast-paced work environment, therefore multi-tasking skills are essential
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Construction office experience
- Experience with QuickBooks and/or Job Nimbus a plus
