Finance Office Administrator Confidential Saint Petersburg, FL 33714 Finance Office Administrator We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Office Administrator for a plumbing company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports and weekly payroll. Must be a motivated, detail oriented, analytical individual with bookkeeping and accounting software experience. MS Word and Excel knowledge a must and experience in Peachtree or Sage 50 required . Manage weekly payroll to be submitted to our staff leasing company for processing and maintain payroll records. Maintain the general ledger accounting system in Sage 50, including journal entries. Experience paying monthly state sales tax. Responsible for all month-end close activities & account reconciliations. Experience with accounts receivable management and general ledger accounting is essential. Responsibilities
